Assassination isn't clash, the two police officers were in the same car with the target, who is the person in charge of Keke fees collection.
Imagine police talking about swinging into action like pendulum bulb. The killings has been going for a while now, the assassinated person's boy were being killed at intervals. This isn't the first assassination attempt on his life, like two months ago, a guy in his vehicle was killed (they probably thought its him), I believe it's the reason he move around with police escort.
Police know what is going on, but can they do anything about it?
