"Work work work" is their favorite anthem but the truth is you can't actually blame them, they pay double of what is being giving to workers but our people in charge of employment cut into half. I almost injured one of them back then cos the frustration was just too much.

I have not worked for any but their workers I have seen grow fat and wealthy . Not wicked and their investment in Nigeria has created employment for Nigerians unlike many of our leaders who have money and investing it abroad or instead of creating employment make calls to LIRS or CBN or NNPC etc

Toks, you sound as if we've worked in the same Indian organisation before, you just describe them perfectly with our people working under them as supervisors and managers.
Lol, Indian organizations are all the same in every state in this country, same treatment same set of rules and regulations. To them Nigerians working for them are second class citizens so they are free to use them anyhow they like.

Indians are not useless as some people may call them, the thing is, they work alot, and because of that, they feel every other people are like them, they work really long hours, they are the same where ever you meet them, you just have to either adapt on their working terms or you leave in peace, I have worked with them, they are monsters when it comes to working, just open a company, make an Indian man your manager or a supervisor and watch how your company fairs, compare same to a nigerian, the difference will be clear.

No sentiments but I disagree. A good percentage of Nigerians don't care about service or product quality, just what they'd benefit.

In 2015 when I was still hustling hard
I was in United Arab Emirates working at Dabur herbal toothpaste

It was 89% of indians
The rest were Nepali

Indians are more racist than Americans
Here's what I noticed ......

The name Nigeria is like war to their ears , they don't want you close to them , they see you like a pig no matter how cute you appear
So I noticed some were Muslims and most were Hindus (idol) their symbol is a red tiny cloth tied on their wrist .

I moved to warehouse where everyone of them were Hindus, mehn they're heartless except they notice your usefulness to them when it comes to helping them to achieve their daily target

Mehn I observed my health closely and I was getting over stressed so I moved again to Paste production line , I still joined more Hindus , they'll gossip about you to your own face and call you (Kaliha) meaning black man lol
Whereas they're even more black like charcoal
This is now I earned my respect and freedom ...

I wasn't talking to no one at all , I ensured that I understood the machines perfectly, I was very focus so the line manager liked me so much bc I don't even see who's talking about me
I got used to their robots and everything , a time came when the operator couldn't do without me , he generated so much love for me

He spoke to me for the first time in 2 weeks of working with him he said

Operator: where are you from ?
Me: Nigeria
Opt: Nigerians are this smart?
Me: yes when they have peace of mind around you
Opt: good good my friend

That guy still chats me on WhatsApp till date and sends me money without asking lol

Here's what to understand here, nobody hates you truly , you just need to be focus and do the right thing , don't be a talkative or attention seeker , they'll notice these signs and want to be your friend by force

Lights up my kpoli in peace

Let just say Indians are smart and playful.

they expect their employee to work 24hrs 7days every week but pay less.

They see through bullshit and are not easily impressed.

They are mostly interested if something favors them or their company only not minding employees concern.

Succinctly put!
Indians are driven by a robotic passion for work.
They don't mix business with pleasure, nor moved by gains or benefits hence tends to be seen as very selfish and heartless!
Eye-service means nothing to them cause they'd see through your pretence and rather exploit it to their satisfaction.

Indians are workaholic. And they pay accordingly but our people working with them as supervisors or managers are the devil. They will cut cut your money and get peanut at the end of the day.

The way they order workers around (especially Causual) is like ordering a Dog. Our people dey surfer, if you've been to the company where they melt scrap metal in Otta, you will know that Nigeria as a country is dead. When you begin to stir melting metal in the deadly furnace, your spam may not impregnate anyone yet no Medical attention when people faint while Working. It's modern day slavery
