Now, the picture you just posted could just be when Buhari meeting with an official of another country when he was abroad. It shouldn't be surpriseing seeing him collect something from this person, (which we don't even know what he's collecting) since he was once a head of state.

And just so you know, there's nothing in that picture to signify that that was a graduation ceremony. No evidence of that.
It's not even mentioned the particular time for crying out loud.

Lastly which do you think would be more convincing: a picture which we are not even sure of the president collecting something (said to be a certificate)from someone or the certificate itself.

If it's really a certificate, then the president would be really proud to show the certificate and not that picture.
