Enugu is a backward state

That area does not need flyover, in my opinion. It only needs some few metre road setbacks for paved walkway and underground cables and functional traffic lights. The whole thing would t have gulped 15% of what they are spending on that bridge that would never be utilized.

Go to Oke-mosan in Abeokuta and see waste of money on similar project.
