I have an engineering degree and have nursed the ambition of going for my masters in the UK,US or Canada for years.
I have struggled all this while to raise enough money that will cover my tuition and living expenses but have not been quite successful. The crash of the stock market also didnt help matters.
I recently discovered that Germany, France and Russia offer good alternatives with very cheap fees. They also have international programmes that are offered 100% in english.
Is it wise to do my masters in any of these countries? What will the value of the certificate be in Nigeria and internationally? Will I be able to either get a work permit in any of these countries or elsewhere after graduation?
I would appreciate well informed advise from you all please!
