Next Cash & Carry: Many Youths Narrate How Peter Obi Made Them Millionaires. Unbeknownst to Nigerians, Peter Obi ran a bottom-up enterprise at Next Cash and Carry, allowing ordinary Nigerians to supply most of the items sold at Next Cash and Carry. This is an opposite model used by global departmental stores leaders like Walmart, Kroger and Target, where they use big companies for their supplies.

A vendor, young man from port Harcourt, narrated how how he supplied 12million Naira worth of goods few days ago, that only 8million was paid and remaining 4million was still process and already in the premises before the fire started. He said I have been doing this for over 3yrs, people think I do yahoo yahoo because I make so much money but don't know this is what I do. Peter Obi helped a lot of us, because I know hundreds of people that do this, young boys.
