VACANCY- Talent Sourcing Manager (Human Resource Outsourcing)

Location- Lagos State

Resource intermediaries Limited is looking to hire an experienced Human Resource Personnel to fill the role of a Talent Sourcing Manager who will be tasked to;
• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes.
• Keep track of recruiting metrics.
• Implement new sourcing methods.
• Participate in job fairs and career events.
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.

Ultimately, the Talent Sourcing Manager will manage our recruitment to ensure qualified employees are hired to meet our company’s current and future needs.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in screening and evaluating candidates.
• Candidates should also be knowledgeable about labor legislation.
• The ideal candidate is a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly.
