Let me educate you sir! For parts of the constitution to be amended, it requires support of two-thirds majority of both arms of NASS as well as two-thirds majority of the 36 states houses of assembly. The last time I checked, the northern block in both arms of NASS are not up to two-thirds majority and northern states are just 19. Bigotry is indeed the bane of knowledge. Smh
