Resource intermediaries Limited is looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist who will be tasked to;
• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes.
• Keep track of recruiting metrics.
• Implement new sourcing methods.
• Participate in job fairs and career events.
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.

The Recruitment Specialist will manage the recruitment process to ensure qualified employees are hired to meet our company’s current and future needs.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in screening and evaluating candidates.
