Nepa install a prepaid meter in my house over three and half years now and last month they brought bill for me again, after which they charge me for stopping the bill and I paid them for capturing the meter so that my house details will be on the meter I did all as they say, but to surprise again they started bring bill with the same house details the last payment made since 2018 how possible it is Sir? What advise will you give me

Write a letter officially informing them stop the manual bill stating the reason which is you on prepaid meter now.
