I don’t understand how she can enter Kenya with an expired visa. At the point of entry, your visa is checked and if it is valid you are allowed in with a duration of stay given. Unless they are saying she exceeded duration of stay granted her. I have entered the US with 5 days left on my visa and was allowed in and stamped in for 6 months. The visa is only a gate pass, duration of stay is given by the admitting officer. Maybe these things work different in African countries

Even if you have one day left on your visa, you can enter. The visa does not determine how long you can stay! It only determines when you can enter a country. A lot of people seem not to know this basic fact. I have entered the US severally with less than 6 months remaining on the visiting visa but will get stamped in 6 months every time. I also entered on a work visa and although the visa duration is 2 years, length of stay approved was 3 years.

It is E-visa. From the passport shown she arrived Kenya 27th November, if it was a 30 days visa all she needed to do was to go to Kenyan immigration website and extend her visa online for an extra maximum of 60 more days and the extension will be sent to her email and can print out a copy of it
