@ Op, have you not heard that the minimum wage is now N30,000 per month. What it means is, if you can't afford to pay N30 to an employee, then do the job yourself. I don't blame these school owners but the government that can't enforce it's own laws. You proprietors are lucky that everyone is not like me. 120k annual salary is quite small in this present economy. Even with your free accommodation, your employees will not be able to afford other basic needs of life ( food, water, cloth) with this sort of income. May the Lord heal Nigeria. |
