Now the same people bashing FG will be the same people shining their teeth at trying to apply for a job at a Nigerian Twitter office.

Herd mentality and emotionalism is the bane of many Nigerians.

So because they are using all this points to cover their main reasons for banning it...

All this can be discussed before Banning them.. Give them deadline, negotiate and come to agreement...

U don't just ban someone's business without negotiating...

Lame and junk journalism. So thenationonline couldn't reach out to Twitter to hear their own side of the story.
Our competence as a people in many aspects of life in the Nigerian environment is pretty poor.
You got a one sided information from a party that maybe propaganda.Commonsense should tell any media outfit to hear from the other side, even if by email.
If you don't get a response u can still state it in your story. But here they hear from one side and turn it to a factual story.

Election is next year now and they need the platform to campaign. So yes, obligations must be ticked as "Met" at this point.

Great victory for the Buhari regime

We only hope it will not be inimical to our free speech.
That's what I'm worried about. That means if we post things like EndSars, will it get flagged down. This will really affect our voice. We would be drowning and nobody will know. I just hope Facebook and its companies will be better willed than Twitter.

Propaganda in full gear...

Why isnt Twitter corroborating these claims?

When Twitter setup in Ghana they pronounced it on Twitter, why the hide and seek here?
