Also if the parents are insistent on their claims of him being murdered,they can institute a civil suit against the school because criminal liability has been completely ruled out by the prosecutor in charge.This will help everyone to get more crucial facts and I bet some things would be revealed on witness testimonies and during examination by lawyers to the defence.
Are the parents ready for such scrutiny and the dirtiness of an examination by defence lawyers in public court?
If they are they should sue and put the matter to rest and let their family have peace.
