#JusticeForSylvester: Ijaw Youth Council Protest In Front of Dowen College (Photos, Video)

Members of the Ijaw Youth Council are currently staging a protest in front of Dowen College, Lagos, demanding justice for late Sylvester Oromoni, IgbereTV reports.

Sylvester is from the Ijaw-speaking tribe in Delta state.

The protest comes after the Lagos state government exonerated five students and staff of the school arrested over the death of late Sylvester.

Let the autopsy be done in the US,UK,Germany and China by all of their country's best pathologists,some people would still not accept the outcome.
The pathological report done here makes a lot of sense as to the likely cause of death.
But murder and poisoning sounds more interesting for some people because they want blood.
Imagine a church going,Bible reading,God fearing mother praying that the assumed killers of his child die!Where in the bible and in Jesus teaching,the basis of the Christian religion did Jesus Christ,thus God,seek the death of a fellow human being,even if that person killed first?
Yet tomorrow she will carry a big bible and go to church when there is no forgiveness in her heart.
Finally, emotions and sentiments are not facts and until another autopsy comes out with a different report,the accusation of murder cannot be established for now.
If one autopsy had been done in Lagos and maybe another in the North and not in Warri and came out with this same report,all sorts of conspiracies would have cropped up and all hell let loose.

I wonder how a country can prosper and be peaceful when the leaders don't even believe in natural justice? Also if the parents are insistent on their claims of him being murdered,they can institute a civil suit against the school because criminal liability has been completely ruled out by the prosecutor in charge.This will help everyone to get more crucial facts and I bet some things would be revealed on witness testimonies and during examination by lawyers to the defence.
Are the parents ready for such scrutiny and the dirtiness of an examination by defence lawyers in public court?
If they are they should sue and put the matter to rest and let their family have peace.
They should also put themselves in the shoes of the 5 accused parents,the psychological,emotional trauma they are passing through and the knowledge some of the boys maybe traumatized for life having been pronounced guilty of murder in the social media space and in the court of some public opinion.
