You can't beat a child and tell her not to cry. you Nigerians can't give director position to Igbos but envy of their achievement outside Nigeria. check the numbers of Nigerians that are in top positions in developed country. You can see that Igbo's out numbers all tribe, they are in that position base on their merits. stop envy and work on your tribe
