A team captain earning £350k a week always late to training what do you call that, always clubbing even when the league is on. The same Auba since he signed that lucrative deal has dropped form just go and see Arsenal vs Watford or Newcastle then see how he smiles whenever he misses a clean chance like he doesn't care. Seems you have an issue with the concept of discipline. PS any society that will make progress is the society that makes up it's mind not to tolerate indiscipline in all it's forms. The western world you admire today, they got there because they decided on a number of rules and regulations and enforced it that no one will break it.
