Please doctors in the house, i quit smoking weed like a week ago and i did it in a cold-turkey way which is to stop without looking back.

Now i do have headache mostly in the afternoon and have been unable to have deep sleep, now i stay awake till midnight before forcing myself to sleep and by 4am i am up again.

Dunno if anyone have an idea what could be the cause abeg, just frustrated

just dey drink water chilled one at all times, and try to fill it mind with positive thinking

no be this decision wey i don take alaye, i don talk say if i ever feel like to smoke again, immediately i go use the money for another fun, either food , swimming or any other thing.
