Are you sure they are not within the country ? During Donald Trump time, the US navy seal came to rescue an american hostage without the knowledge of the country and piam they left .

Do you know how many submarines would have been staying under our third mainland bridge for months. Do we have the stuffs to monitor them. Even if we have will sentiments and tribalism not make they pish it to quota system?

This is a VERY clear case of kidnapping and impunity at sea by the Danish Navy.

The incident leading to the ARREST of the so called pirates occurred in the gulf of Guinea and from the report, one of them is a Nigerian, he should have been turned over to the Nigerian NAVAL COMMAND or her coast guards for prosecution.

It is CRIMINAL, DISRESPECTFUL and breach of the laws of the sea to kidnap the national of any country (whatever the reason), take him to your country for prosecution only for you to DISCOVER that you shouldn't have brought them to your country in the first place; that your country doesn't have the power to prosecute them and that your country actually committed the textbook definition of "KIDNAPPING "

I COMMEND the countries of the gulf of Guinea for REJECTING the attempt by the Danish government to wash its hands clean of a case of ARROGANT EXERCISE OF POWER, kidnapping and MALICIOUS PROSECUTION.
