You need to watch the movie Captain Philips featuring Tom Hanks to get a glimpse of how evil these pirates are and the dangers seamen face in international waters angry

The gulf of guunea is free for all for any country.

The last time it was the Russians that carried out an operation there.

Now it is the Danes.

Nigeria is weak mehn.

They can't even exert control over their EEZ.

I won't be surprised if there are submarines lurking in our waters and we don't even know.

Please did you read the part that said the Darnish couldn't find a country to agree in taking the suspects? We are pretending as if this is the first time such nonsense is happening in Nigeria. I mentioned Nigeria because we are one of those with a significant amount of military in the region.

The frigate, which deployed off West Africa in October, intervened in an alleged attack on a commercial vessel the following month, killing four pirates and taking another four suspects on board the frigate. Denmark has since failed to find a country in the region to agree to take the four.

No country in the Gulf of Guinea is ready to take them including Nigeria. They are not ready to waste their resources on keeping some miscreants. This is an absurd decision but they are wary of keeping criminals illegally...Sane country.
