Owner of popular VSAM FINVEST Mr Adebiyi Oluwatobi samuel is currently on the run, after duping many Nigerians of millions of naira. He has put off his mobile phones and is unreachable. He runs VSAM Finvest with some others and has since not paid investors their capital and their returns, reports say those who could contact him earlier said he was being abusive on phone and threatened that people can go any length even spiritual that he has no money to pay them. He has since not been seen and has put off his phones. please anyone who can identify him should please report to the nearest police station. There are reports that he his currently observing the compulsory one year NYSC as such he his probably still in Nigeria.
