Any party that fields a northerner after Buhari's eight good years, would lose before the first ballot is cast on the election day.

This is the most dangerous Northern Politician after Buhari. He was the one that forced the gullible President Jonathan to truncate Festus Odimegwu's National Population Commission that would have given Nigeria a credible census.

Then bye bye presidency only after 8 years?

Not so easy. Who PDP elects to be their flagbearer would be the deciding factor. If they opt for a southerner, they lose woefully. If they side with a northerner, they have a big chance

Tinubu? Southern Muslim candidate with wait for it.....another Northern Muslim candidate as VP? In Nigeria? in 2023? grin grin grin Anyway the signs are clear that APC will disintegrate by next month or end up presenting invalid candidates for 2023 so that's my comfort.

Right here is where the problem is with Tinubu's presidency. If he selects a northern Muslim as vice, it would annoy everyone in the South East and South South but that may appease the north. The north may even hope for karma to happen, so that Tinubu would kpai in office and then, their brother will continue as GEJ did. They could also choose to go for their brother in PDP, the north has never voted for party after all. If he selects a northern Christian as vice, he will lose the elections easily. No core northerner would vote for a northern Christian

Self center don't make politician think right. The best thing is to zone president to south but because of self ambition they will like to manipulate it. APC and PDP should zone it to south and after 8years , it will go back to North. Its even better if they can be specific or micro zone the president to zone e.g south east, south south or south west and when its north turn, they should do the same things by zone it to North east, North west or North center. Its only North west and south west that have been produce president

When in 2014 you led other Northern Governors to decamp from PDP to APC so that the North can produce the President, was that because of strategy or Zoning? You are a very selfish Fulani!
