Press Statement

PDP Constitutes Osun Governorship Primary Screening Committee

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has constituted the Screening Committee to screen aspirants on the platform of the PDP for the July 16, 2022 Osun State governorship election.

The members of the Screening Committee are as follows;

1. Mohammed Adoke Bello, SAN - Chairman
2. Amb. Sen. Aminu Wali - Member
3. Hon. Mrs. Nnenna Ukeje - Member
4. H.E. Fidelis Tapgun - Member
5. Chief Rahman Owokoniran
(South West Zonal Secretray) - Secretary

The screening exercise is scheduled for Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at the NEC Hall of the PDP national secretariat, Abuja at 10 am.

All aspirants, critical stakeholders and members of our party in Osun state are by this guided accordingly.

Is that not the same man having serious case of financial fraud with international dimension involving Italian courts and who EFCC has been alleged of dodging court appearances on his claims that he is seriously ill
This is the same man PDP is giving this kind of serious task? shocked As in, they don't have any other person who can handle this kind of task that has grave political implications if Osun APC deploys this to demarket PDP in Osun.
PDP will never learn undecided

Very few people of decent character left in that party. Hardly can you point one national leader in the party who has held political office in the past and he or she wont have a fraud case or shady character.

Same Tinubu who has opposed PDP since 2003 and no government has been able to prove any wrong doing against him or convict him. Drug dealer or certificate forger, you have no evidence except fake news and hearsay.

You guys should get your acts together. The presidency should naturally go to the SE. But you people are confused and all over the place. Some shouting Tinubu, some shouting IPOB/BIAFRA, some shouting Atiku up and down while some are busy shouting Yoruba slaves. Time will tell!
