Your assertions are good but the truth remains that it's the North that decides who enters Aso Rock, if they're not comfortable with Tinubu, if he likes let the entire south vote for him, he will not WIN
The North doesn't need all these analysis to make anyone president...why do you think all federal appointment is being head by a Northerner?

North is not just playing party politics come 2023, something bigger than what we're thinking is COMING. It is only when the time is close that it will start getting clearer to Southerners.
The North cannot make anybody president, its a myth. Look at the 2011 presidential election results. SW+SS+SE+ Non Hausa Fulani Northern minorities can make anybody president.

So you think that the mistake of 2011 by the Northerners will repeat itself again?...
The best result south can get is VP and that's really bad because the people heading all positions currently are Northerners and you think they don't have game plan?...

My own is that Nigerians don't learn

Only Igbo you say??
Have you asked niggas from the middle belt if they would risk their life by voting for tinubu with the level of destruction that his evil apc has brought upon them?
Have you asked the SS people if they would vote for tinubu or any SW for that matter?
Abi you just wan do your usual tribal gbasgbos ?

The core North have always voted the same candidate since 2003, check it out yourself. The critical difference is usually the backing of a region in the south, as seen in 2015. Buhari would have never been president without the south west. Even the Northerners know this. Forget all this Kardashian nonsense.

Great analysis. This is what many southerners do not understand, their time is not 2023, they have ruled this nation more than their fair share.

2000-08 was ruled by the SW
2008-10* the NW
2010-2015 the SS
2015-Present the NW

As anyone can see, the North only has had 8 years thus far, while the south has been in power for 15 years and still wants more. This is the definition of greed. The North is not deceived.

Anyone in favor of justice, equity and zoning should solidly be behind the NC as the NC has had neither the President nor the VP. We will accept a NE candidate as it seems the PDP will zone the ticket to the NE, but APC should also zone the ticket to the NC and allow these zones to taste power. Instead, the south wants to greedily take every position even though they have been in power the most leaving the North to rot...

Enough is enough. We will meet them at the polls...

@bolded:
Take the analysis further back beyond 1999 and discover who is greedy. You people are plain shameless.

What if the North rule itself, the SW rule itself and SE rule itself? That way everyone gets to rule forever. That's where we're heading

Lies won't help your cause, the president of southern origin have ruled for just over 13 years while those from the north will hold power for almost 11 years by 2023

Funny analysis. Ironic you are here talking about fairness. Why don't you start counting northern rulership of the Nigeria state from 1960 and let's see how fair and just that is.

Tinubu doesn't need your vote and that of your 688 family members to win.

He only needs the support of Northern Elders who are the kingmakers to WIN, without that he's just pouring water on top a rock...if you ask me I don't think Northern Elders will be comfortable handing over to Tinubu because he's a Kingmaker also but just a single person and that's huge competition for the Northern Elders. He will not be loyal once he ascend the throne and they know that so I don't see them especially Buhari allowing him to win. To them, Tinubu is not yet president but see the level of power he controls in Lagos State, APC and some Yoruba states. So I believe they're not happy that such man should be given access to being the Alpha and Omega of a country...

Your analysis is beautiful to a neophyte because you based you conclusions on assumptions.
Example, how did you know the financial war chest of these aspirants?
Umahi at 30 is already a billionaire. He said so.
He's two term governor and has contacts and people.
In 1999, during PDP primaries in Jos, the retired Generals opened their vaults to return OBJ and PDP candidate.
But Alex Ekwueme mobilized Igbo business men to the event. When they started cash contributions, the Generals shook.
The outspent the Generals by miles. It was just that OBJ has been penciled down to be candidate.
My point is: you don't know how prepared a fighter is until fight begins.
I don't like casting everything on a stone, especially in politics. Because politics is not give and take thing

These are real challenges for BAT. However, he can negotiate what to give northern Muslims and with his firm commitment, and the support of muslim clergy he can pick a northern Christian vice and make it to the villa.

Slaves, so the fact that Tulimbu is a Muslim is not enough for a northern Muslim to vote for him? This is why we igbos don't understand this una shithole. When is a northern Muslim more Muslim than a southern Muslim?

Two things that will work against BAT if he eventually emerges apc presidential candidate are Muslim-muslim ticket and Pdp fielding a northern candidate.

Even Buhari will not endorse a muslim-Muslim ticket given the level of tension in Nigeria today.

I don't support injustice but if he field Zulum or convince Kwankwaso to defect and run with him it will be a definite win for him irrespective of the unjust bias!

Instead of you people to push for free and fair elections to break from the shackles of acclaimed "Kingmakers" you are glorifying them.

The moment elections are free and fair and politicians know that the people decide their fate, then the country will become better. The northerners deciding elections is a farce.

If elections are free and fair, every region contributes to who takes centre stage almost equally. The only thing the north has collectively is the ability not to be rationale and making their choices due to tribal and religious reasons that for common posterity.
