Why And How Rivers State Government Is Behind Illegal Bunkering & Soot In PH – Rivers APC Last Sunday, the Rivers State governor, Chief Nyesom Wike in a state-wide broadcast, declared wanted those the governor said were ‘kingpins of bunkering and illegal crude oil refining activities in their communities.
