A 20-yr-old boy arrested for allegedly k!lling his girlfriend, a 300level student of UNIJOS, for r!tual purposes

According to Police operatives in Plateau State have arrested a 20-year-old boy, identified as Moses Okon, who allegedly murdered one Jennifer Anthony, a 300 level student of the University of Jos, for r!tual purposes.


Its was discovered The deceased’s corpse was found on January 1, 2022, with her eyes plucked out. She was allegedly brutally murdered at an hotel in Jos by the suspect, who was said to be her boyfriend.


Parading the suspect on Wednesday, January 12, the State Commissioner of Police, CP Bartholomew Onyeka said the suspect fled after committing the crime.


“The Command in a bid to arrest the perpetrator launched an aggressive manhunt on the suspect and tactically trailed him to Benue State where he was arrested by hawked-eye police operatives of the Command.


He will be arraigned in court as soon as investigation is completed,” he said.
