Many people's hearts have been warmed after a hawker was seen dishing out freebies to inmates in a correctional service vehicle. It appears that they were being transported to jail after being sentenced, and when stuck in traffic, a hawker felt compelled to help in his own small way. He gave some of his money to the inmates in the hopes that they would be able to buy some necessities while inside, as some facilities do.
