Anybody can do this just to make Russia look bad. It could be the west. Also, for those who don't understand International Diplomacy, Ukraine being a part of NATO is literally allowing the USA and the west to place Military personnel and equipment at Russia's doorsteps. That in itself is a threat to Russia security. People tend to forget that it's this same kind of alliance Cuba had with Russia that spurred the COLD WAR and the USA is still suffering Cuba for today. Nobody will tag the USA a Bully because they control the narrative. For those saying Russia is bullying Ukraine, imagine how Burna boy will react if his neighbor allows Shatta wale to squat in the boys quarters adjacent to Burna's Bedroom. That neighbor should forget about Peace.
