Sijce you are slow in understanding beyond your myopicsm, I'll oblige you.

No country can claim to go paperless in 2 years. Pantami knows that and didn't make that claim. He has set an eight year goal, hoping subsequent government will take up the task and bring it to reality.

Did you say he's planning for another Minister? Guy you are slow to learning. It's called national planning. Government make plans for 10, 20 or even 50 years. But because it's Nigeria, you are talking gibberish.

Other countries with better capabilities? Are you for real? So until others do it before Nigeria begins to plan. Abeg i won't regard you with any explanation again. Your reasoning too low. Hatred for your country has eaten you up.

How does everything u said negate a single word I said?

U are spilling your emotions more than u are communicating. try and keep ur emotions in check. Can u point out d hatred u are referring to?

According to u:

But they are making future plans with the hope that subsequent government will align to this plan.

But yet u asking: "Did you say he's planning for another Minister? "

Who will implement the 10, 20, 50 year? Is it the present minister or another minister?

What is Nigeria's capability in attaining a paperless govt?

According to u:

"No country can claim to go paperless in 2 years. Pantami knows that and didn't make that claim."

Can u point to where and when we had this discussion?

If u say patanmi has an 8year which he won't be around to complete, has he been able to meet d dealine for d plans he set for himself as minister?

According to u: "Other countries with better capabilities?"

Are there no countries with better capabilities than Nigeria in terms of attaining a paperless govt?
