The water therapy works. Alternately drink warm and cold water. The exercise causes a continuous contraction which helps in shedding off fats.

@OP,stick to vegetables and fruit for up to two to three weeks,it works wonders,plus drink a lot of fluid. smiley

Get physicaly active (climb stairs,avoid lifts,walk a lot cut on rides,do lots of chores around the house ie bend,clean everything.Its all exercise.and reduce carbohydarate intake, Start by skipping heavy lunch.Take fruit instead.
I am trying to add weight.Maybe we can change. smiley
