Hello, Investment in foreign countries have their different ups and downs especially for maintenance and some bills you need to pay which is not far from what you explained. Yes you can get PR via Investment here in Brazil too, the Property Tax is high if you are not using the building to generate funds or living there or or working in Brazil to ensure up keep. For persons interested in having a property here, We suggest the following 1. Get an Apartment in a Condomium (Estate type of 2-3 bedroom flat) in an affordable Location which you can get as many as you want and lease it out. 2. Get a lawyer to Change Property documents to your name and manage the rent for you. 3. We have a lot of Nigerians here who come to give birth or for vacation, who can use the place for like 2-6 months or more if its furnished. or 4. Do a contract for Full year rent and the Users pay month (which is acceptable here in Brazil) or 5. Use for General Airbnb outlets and get a someone to manage it for you here Getting a full house structure is usually very expensive but if you can do list mentioned above it can still work but the tax will be HIGH Individuals who are here in Brazil with their PR and with some other documents, you can also apply for House Mortgage and spread the payments for 5-10 years depending on the company selling out. If you are interested, email us. In conclusion you can get PR in Brazil via 1. Investment 2. Birth 3. Refugee Cheers!
