Why is it that the NPC have not started doing massive publicity and sensitisation and public enlightenment yet on what the public should be expecting from the NPC, and also, what the citizens and non-citizens alike are expected to do as regards the Census??

Are you aware that the current problems with the Nigerian Economy is just because the policy-makers are making their policies based estimated population figures which are way too fake as at the moment, and thus, the fake figures cannot be trusted to yield good results any longer?
