you see that's the problem we have in Nigeria, no accountability from leaders and the citizens don't make them accountable for monies spent, what is hard in giving full details on how the 2bn will be spent and the direct benefits on the citizens, na wa o, no wonder we have the type of leaders that are in power, because they will have people to always defend them when others demand accountability from them...
