Imagine after paying for lisence , vehicle registration, NURTW levy, Hackney permit, now this one

One important factor that was left out in reaching this decision is the drivers themselves. NURTW. Does not represent the interest of drivers. They are interested in their own pocket, they don't fight for driver. I bet you. You will see drivers reaction
