According to the saying " nothing good comes easily", it requires a conscious effort and consistency to access those good things you desire. So it is with enjoying a healthy life, it requires your commitment and discipline to doing all what it entails.
The year(2022) is still fresh , so you can still decide to have a healthy life .Just set realistic goals and work towards achieving them. It's time to take the bold step and start doing the good new things that will give you a healthy life.
What bad habit do you need to stop? Note it and work towards overcoming it.
You may need to start taking more of veggies and fruits.Plan towards making this a reality.
You may need to start taking adequate water and having adequate rest. Draw out plans on how these can be achieved without much much stress. Remember nothing change until you take the right step to change it and nothing moves until you take the right steps to move it.
