That's how these dubious house helps cause troubles for their guarantors. Tomorrow, someone will say that others are wicked because they refused to stand in as sureties.

That agent is already in trouble, he could have volunteered to help even if he's locked up. Now, he has made himself an accomplice. He will now be tracked down and arrested.

It is unfortunate and we all need growth in this country when 95% if citizens just want to make quick cash like a pest. Everyone is out there to destroy people's hardwork.

You didn't even read the story.
She stole dollars and jewelry totalling 13 million Naira.
She didn't steal Naira cash.

Lindodo20:

The bulk of it was in jewelry

You people never read, na why Tinubu and Buhari dey use una future play baba ijebu be that

You are missing the point. Who independently ascertained the value of said jewelry? So because the employer claimed they are worth 13 million we should just accept that as fact? Come on

I hope the girl gets caught to allow us get the truth of the matter.
There are convenient gaps the woman left in the story that makes it sound somehow.
Her emphasis on exact monies stolen and value of jewellery is one such red flag. She even went as far as making the point that the Keke person charged her ₦7500 when they went in search of d girl.
My other point of contention is this:she said she gave her brother ₦50k and her mum $100 from the ₦200k and₦500k she brought out. Most people would stay in their rooms and remove d amount they intend to give someone. Why bring out all that sum outside when u only intend to give someone a fraction of it.
Most maids don't have access to owners rooms unless thel need owner is around for security purposes. For a maid that spent barely 1 week to have found a way to access a private room, locate monies and jewellery while the parents of the owner are around raises some suspicion.
Finally, most employers would have gone straight to the police who would then straight ahead arrest the agent that brought the maid,to produce her.
For her to have taken this lackadaisical attitude on the agent, not putting any pressure on him, also looks somehow.
It's not impossible that the maid actually stole money and jewellery, even if exaggerated, but also not impossible in this country of criminals,,liars forgerd and all sorts of strange
things is that this maid ran off for completely different reasons and this woman has made up this stealing story.
Arresting her would bring out the truth.

the kleptomania is not wise, this woman might change your life forever if you make sure she love you

stealing that money at once, if this lady meet someone in that room she will surely kill the person, many of her likes even steal small small and before you know it she don build house

I hope when she's caught she won't scream devil

Well I have nothing much to say here, but looking at this girl you will understand poverty has dealt with her and if you check very well now her salary fit no pass 20k with all the modern day slavery work she is doing and the madam is always flaunting dollars , jewelry , pounds on everywhere in the house, it's only someone who fears God can endure such intimidating lavish display of wealth where she is suffering in poverty , am not supporting her action of stealing but am condemning the madam for intimidating the poor lady with her display of wealth now the girl wants to have a taste of wealth

What are you waiting for before arresting the agent because he is involved. Allowing a stranger in to your house and also trusting her that soon, blessing don cash out real big, dumb people everywhere.

It's now a crime to be wealthy abi?

Which one is lavish display of wealth...do you live with her?

Was it not in her bedroom that she kept all these things?

You're indirectly justifying the girls behaviour...

Standing as surety or guarantor for anyone is taking a very high risk!

How much is she paying her, is there no bank to keep that money? The madam was careless with her flamboyant display of wealth and that made it easy for her to steal the Money and her other belongings , like I said earlier it only takes the fear God for her not to fall into that temptation unfortunately the reverse is the case

Look at her mouth "I went to my room and brought out two envelops containing 500K and 200K and gave my brother 50K from it including $100 each to my brother and my mother".

This is what happens when you flaunt your wealth in front of your domestic staff...you get robbed! undecided
See mumu reasoning. You should hide your business even in your house. Maybe she should go and live i a hut so people wont know she is rich. SMH
