Go look for “Biocoten” anti-eczematous cream.

Fill it in between your toes where you have the cold feet for at least 2 weeks..

That small cream works magic xx

After treating it, make sure you get a pair of slippers in your bathroom incase the bathroom is tiled ✌️

It's a fungal infection...
What have you been treating it with since it's been there for a very long time..

You need something to kill off the fungi.

Check any Pharmacy around for 'Lamisil', if it's not in stock, you can do 'Clotrimazole'...whatever brand you can afford should get the job done

Also, try to keep your feet dry.

This looks like a fungus infection.you can treat it with terbinafine (Lamisil) and itraconazole (Sporanox). You can get them at any pharmacy. If you have any question, you can have an online session with a doctor here https://cribmd.com/
