They did all that in a hospital abroad. So nothing like affording rich hospital. No be Naija dem dey, na overseas.

That's abroad... And detecting ectopic pregnancy is not a matter of good Hospital, the doctor must have a high index of suspicion.

In Nigeria,Any woman of reproductive age who has sudden onset abdominal pain , esp with dizziness or fainting... Is a suspected ectopic.

Next is to ask her last menstrual period. And do a Pregnancy test for her,if she unsure of it

Other modalities include bedside abdominal tapping with syringe.
