If you are willing to take charge of your health in 2022,this post is for you. Here are some of the reasons why soda intake should be stopped:

It promotes unecessary weight gain.
Note that soda is high in calories and it's never a substitute for food when you are hungry as it doesn't curb hunger.
I believe you can relate with this
Imagine those times you were famished and had to take one or more bottles of Soda, was your hunger actually curbed that you needed not to take food again?
Also, imagine those who take a bottle of soda after consuming their normal food.

It's associated with chronic disease conditions like..Heart Disease, type 2 Diabetes and cancer.
It causes teeth erosion.
It may contribute to liver disorders because of high fructose which can o my be metabolised by the liver. So, excessive intake of soda with high fructose overloads the liver thereby increasing risk of liver disorders.

Don't joke with your health this year, be determined to live and stay healthy by doing the needful.

Start drinking right!
Do have a soda free day and water full day.

No Soda Challenge is still on and participants are giving good feedbacks already.
