Well first off. Never forget government is the reflection and representation of the people they lead. So, in line with this, you can get a glimpse of why government is like this.

Nigerian political offices both low and high are all built on fetish and devilish ground.
Nigerian political parties have deities they serve to assume power.

In respect to all these, no normal human being will assume any political office in Nigeria without being initiated to the devil kingdom of worship.
