being an apostate is something you need to do if you find out your religion is wrong and indeed abusive - Lloyd Evans Essential, the whole concept of new light accuses God of lying, because either God is guiding the organisation through his holy spirit and always has been since 1919 or that is not the case. If God is really guiding the organisation, why would he guide the organisation to teach something that is not true and later change his mind and guide them to teach something different. This flies in the face of a notion of a God who cannot lie. The new light teaching essentially blames God for wrong teachings the organisation once promulgated. - Lloyd Evans 1 Like |
