I have had this persistent head-ache now for three days. Would anyone suggest a natural remedy as I do not take medicine.

use your thumb to rub the sides of your head behind your ears. rub it downwards.

do this 20 times and stop. drink water, turn off the radio, phone, tv and lights and sleep facing upwards without pillows.
