Adama Traore snub Spurs

Tottenham manager Antonio Conte would be disappointed with new breaking that prime January target Adama Traore is on the verge of rejoining former club FC Barcelona on a loan deal till the end of the season.

Tottenham who had a serious interest in Adama had already prepared Matt Doherty as a make weight for the Winger before Barcelona swooped for the player. Diaz has been in top form this season, the Columbian striker has scored an incredible 20 goals in all competitions this season, Diaz has a 67m release clause on his contract, but spurs are not looking to pay up to that amount to secure the the services of the attacker. However with the transfer window closing on Monday, expect the London side to accelerate discussions for the striker as the manager Antonio Conte has always stressed the need for investment before the transfer window comes to an end.

Adama Traore was born in the City of Catalonia the Barcelona capital, at a young age, Traore joined the famed Barcelona La Masia making four appearances for the club before joining Aston Villa in 2015. Fabrizio went on to say that Barcelona will cover Adama Traore’s salary 100% while he will also go on to sign a potential 5yrs deal should the club decide to sign him permanently at the end of the season.
