*The Honourable Special Assistant To The President of Nigeria on Political Affairs, Hon. Gambo Manzo has taken a swipe on the opposition Political elements who are accusing the present government of failure to improve the lives of Nigerians.*



*In a press statement issued in Abuja through Amb Timothy Nwachukwu his Technical Assistant on Media and Communication, Hon. Manzo while listing some of the undeniable achievements of Buhari- Osinbajo Government berated the opposition for failure to acknowledge the positive impact been made to improve the livelihood of Nigerians through the various Initiatives of Government such as National Home grown school feeding Program among others.*



*He revealed that the National Home-Grown School Feeding Programme launched in 2015 has been adjourned by the United Nations World Food Programme as a remarkable achievements having provided nutritious meals to over 9.8 million pupils in 56,000 public primary schools while engaging and empowering local smallholder farmers and 107,000 cooks nationwide is now one of the largest School Feeding Programmes in Africa.*


He further said that in Enugu state, the programme have improved enrolment and pupils’ learning ability, while teaching had been made easier as pupils now pay more attention to what was being taught. pupils in 799 out of the 1200 public primary schools in the state are been feed since the Program commenced.



In In Rivers State, Kaduna, Kano the scheme had increased pupils’ enrolment as many parents who could not afford to send their wards to school because of feeding have been settled by the scheme while 1,225,804 pupils are currently benefiting from the scheme among several many others across all the states in Nigeria.


Hon. Manzo called on Nigerians to keep Faith with the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the forthcoming general election for the sustenance of the ongoing programs and several others which are aimed at lifting hundreds of millions of Nigerians out of poverty.

yes we know that security is everybody's business, but individuals roles are simply limited by the actions of government, for example, each time the youths of the community want to organize self defense against Fulani herdsmen murderers, the same govt that cannot protect the citizens, will clamp down on the youths.
