The first major type of affiliate marketing is: •UNATTACHED

This implies that you have no authority in the niche of the product(s) you're promoting. There is no link or connection between you and your customers.
That is, you just run a paid Ads, and hoping people will click it, buy the product afterward, while you earn a commission.

Some people actually don't really have that luxury of time or passion to create room for that connection, or relationship with their potential clientele. So, they instead opt for this paid Ads option.
