Facebook Admits In Court That Their "Fact Checkers" Are Opinion Artcles by BallsDeep: 8:37am On Jan 31, 2022
So after getting permabanned for sharing articles exposing the conspiracy facts on the entire Covid scam, facebook now has admitted in a US court that their so-called fact checkers are not based on facts but rather opinion articles that they pay third parties to peddle on their site

A brief recap ...

Facebook, Twitter and google were all dragged to court by some aggrieved individuals over their blatant censorship and imposition of propaganda views on their platforms.

In their defense, facebook lawyers argued that they only promoted articles that were in tandem with that postulated by Anthony Fauci, the CDC and FDA. When asked to explain why they deplatformed medical and scientific experts who held a contrary view and demanded if this was not a violation of free speech, facebook chimed the same response that they were only following the science of Anthony Fauci.

The case is still in court. And the likely outcome is that facebook and co can be sued by those banned from their site as facebook has always claimed to be a platform and not a publisher but with their blatant censorship this has paved way for thousands to sue big tech for impinging on their free speech .

As a platform, facebook can't be sued but with their admission of promoting their own preferred views , they have admitted that they are indeed a publishing house and thus can be sued . Given that the whole Fauci and big pharma narrative is collapsing fast, Facebook's blatant censorship joins them in the hip with big pharma to be sued for promoting disinformation and withholding opposing views that would have provided the public with a balanced view so as to arrive at a conclusion on whether or not to take the Jewish poison.
