We are looking for a high-performing TRAINING COORDINATOR to lead our Learning and development faculty initiatives through hosting creative training events and educational programs

Responsibilities
• Identify training needs and map out development plans for outsourced or in-house staff and for corporate clients.
• Design, develop, and coordinate all training programs.
• Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching
• Identify appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)
• Market available training opportunities to clients and provide the necessary information.
• Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
• Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.

Requirements
• Minimum Qualification BA/BSc/HND in a related course of study
• 2-5 years experience in Learning and development
• Knowledge of instructional design
• Knowledge of learning management systems
• Knowledge of competency assessment
