I do not like when I see government doing such scheme as a way to alleviate poverty for the people. All this schemes is something of the past. I will be much please if he had built a factory or a plant where they can employ 600 to 1000 people. These people working will be paying taxes and pensions to the government. The state becomes a producing state, selling their products within and outside the state or across West Africa. The employee are paying taxes, they can apply for loan to help them achieve what they plan to do. This is better than buying used cars to serve as transportation to the community.
