Why is it that when ever I over use my Tecno Spark 4, the power button fails to function at one press it takes several pressing and it doesn't work sometimes Is it a button problem because the button click looks okay. I have to use the fingerprint sensor to use/on my phone at times. Tecno might be crappy as they say!

There is a doubletap to wake function in spark 4 nw,go to your setting and activate it.

My spark 3 had the same issue too

My camon cm did that too. Really frustrating.

In this case the ram is used up and you want to like restart to free up the ram and prevent the phone from freezing out/hanging. You have to use the power button to restart your phone, but in this case the power button fails to work!

Don’t know why you people are complaining about Tecno. My own spark 3 pro is working fine, never had any with hanging or bad camera. This is my 3rd year of using the phone..

TECNO are not crappy in anyway, personally I've never experienced such on my TECNO phone I've used, your phone might be having a particular issue with it, so I advice you have it checked.

I know a lot of people using the Spark 4 and there is no issue at all. I want to believe it's just your unit, and if you had taken it to Carlcare they will have sort it out

You can take it for proper examination and repair

All of una shouting take it to carlcare live in a bubble. If carlcare is not in the vicinity, people generally don't entertain the idea of visiting them for repairs. People also like wait and take repairs which calcare don't offer. For example, the nearest carlcare to me is a 1hour drive while there are many local repair shops in my area. Now if I have an issue with my transsion palasa, where do you think I'll visit first? I am a gsm software technician by the way so we normally see bad transsion devices on a daily.
