This not the first and second time have came across this issues on REDMI phones ...
Is either boot issue or mostly this new version 13 they just released, not all expensive redmi can upgrade to that version..
We can both buy new redmi 9 or 10 the same day, same shop and without you misusing it , yours might be misbehaving or not enjoyable to you ..
This might reduce their customer. And I'm one of those that do advertise' even confuse friends to buy REDMI product

Using a custom rom, it's been awesome.

You have bricked your phone. Thankfully it's a soft brick that can be fixed.

Go and Google Anti-rollback and avoid it next time.

LOL, I ported from Samsung to Redmi after the Samsung note 8 I get fall.... Small fall and the screen was gone. Then to fix it was 75k or so.

It's advisable you reset your phone after a major update, and for him trying to downgrade, this can happen to any phone,if you don't do it properly it will end in bootloop.

Lol.. the only downside for me on Xiaomi is their miui.

That's why I'm on EU rom even at that it still feel buggy,the ROM is not light.

Apart from the miui, Xiaomi is a good brand.

I'm currently experiencing the sams issue. What's going on. I thought it was my battery that's faulty. It only works if i keep it plugged to a light source. Even with that it still go off

Your phone is 3 years old so it's only right it's battery will be weakened, your battery needs to be changed

I have never had any issues with redmi devices before
I'm only speaking in the direction of those complaining about not being able to update their devices
My point is that I don't feel it's necessary to update the device
I've been using mine without any update and I'm not facing any issues

Currently on my 4th Redmi device, Redmi Note 10Pro..
My last Redmi device,Redmi K30 Ultra packed up after 20 months of use..
No warning,it just freezed while scrolling and that was all she wrote..
Still a Redmi fan but that was a bitter experience for me,as I lost all my files..
